REVIEW: OtterBox Defender saved my phone!

Otterbox Defender saved my Samsung S10+ after it fell out of my RAM X-Grip and onto the pavement at 45+ MPH! I took my 2019 Honda Super Cub out for a leisurely evening ride and clamped my cell phone into the RAM X-Grip as usual. The phone fell out of the mount (no idea how) about 1 hour into my ride, and I didn't notice it until much later. I went back home to use Google Maps and the Verizon Smart Family app to locate the phone. I had partial success locating the phone, so I decided to go back to try to find it in the dark. Unfortunately, that was hopeless because the closest location on the phone was a radius of ~1300 yards (1189 meters)... that's a HUGE area to cover in the dark. I searched for a couple of hours without any success, so I decided to return after daylight. I returned to the same starting point at 7:30am the next morning, and managed to locate the phone within 60 seconds. I found it with the aid of my Garmin vívomove HR watch! My watch buzzed to notify me that I was reconnected via Bluetooth (within ~100 feet), so then it was just a matter of homing-in on its location. It was sitting on the edge of the roadway, face-up, and perfectly healthy thanks to the OtterBox Defender case! It left the bike at over 45 MPH, and then tumbled and cartwheeled to a stop at the shoulder of the roadway. The only damage that I have found are abrasions on the rubber corners of the OtterBox. There are no compression marks on the back of the case that would indicate it had been run over by any vehicles. That road is Texas State Highway 6 (SH-6), so it's truly a miracle that it wasn't pulverized into a million pieces by the constant barrage of vehicles that travel through that area. If the phone had been lost or destroyed, I could have certainly replaced it under an insurance claim with Verizon.
