Stretching across two floors, the new headquarters for AON in Bengaluru was to foster collaboration, hybrid workstyle, digital advancements, and sustainability. The brief was to transform how people work, supporting AON to retain top-notch talent and reach its business targets. The journey begins at the entrance, where a work cafe greets users and sets a futuristic and collaborative tone for the whole space. Showcasing brand history, a digital display wall serves as a gallery to narrate the company’s milestones. The amazing green cover surrounding the office inspired us to bring the nature and light right inside the office wherein 2000 saplings have been used throughout the office - the selection being all oxygen enhancing plants thereby enriching the indoor air quality. The result being a IGBC Certified Gold rated – people centric, biophilic active workplace that marries work zones, welcoming areas, exhibits, relaxation spots, and social interaction hubs.
