Helping explain how and why your car is overheating after flushing coolant/changing thermostat/ new radiator Lift front of car. Open bleeder valve at highest point on coolant line. Start car with heater on MAX and fan on LOW. Rev to 2000~ to get to operating temperature so the thermostat will open up and let coolant into motor block. Leave running until the coolant from the bleeder shoots out in a steady stream and your reservoir tank stop bubbling. Make sure your reservoir is topped off so you don't reintroduce air into the system. No need for a dumb funnel. Stop the car if it starts to exceed operating temp (over half way point on gauge or 3/4). Let the car cool down completely and observe the coolant levels.
