His position is very logicaly sound aand philosophically reasonable, but Padmé doesn't buy it tho and it turns out she is cheating on Anakin with Obi-Wan. Anakin sees through her manipulation tho, she's trying to split their friendship for her own twisted reasons. Then Anakin and Obi-Wan agree that instead of fighting, they should settle their differences through debate and so they have a philosophical and political debate and agree that Anakin is right.
