Mind you, this progress is from March 10th to May 21st. 👀 This hair journey? Intentional. I’ve been focused on how I wear my hair, what I put on it, and when. One thing I wasn’t gonna play about? That twist out. And I wasn’t about to overload my hair with product either. Just enough to define without the buildup so I made sure to use the @twelve12___ heatless style kit and the hair mist as mid week refresher.🌿 I’ve been consistent with my hair skin and nail vitamins @hf_wellness. I also increased my protein intake to help strengthen the new growth and get that keratin flowing because healthy hair starts from the inside. But let me tell you, the biggest shift happened when I de-centered my hair and simplified the entire process. Once I let go of the pressure and made it about care instead of control, everything felt lighter. My routine got easier and my hair responded better.
