Volunteering with Sled Dogs in Estonia | Workaway

I spent 6 lovely weeks working at a Sled Dog Kennel, taking care of 62 huskies in the middle of Rural Estonia. Sounds crazy right? Well it kinda was and it was an amazing experience. There were alot of ups and downs but I wouldn't change a thing. The huskies were so fascinating to work with and I really miss them especially my favorite, Charlie & Froi! I definitely want to come back and visit in the winter and go proper sledding with them. TW: raw meat, and sheep/rabbit skinning (2:58-3:55 if you want to skip) I did not personally participate but I included these as they were a big part of my daily life and experience in Estonia. I am vegetarian and don't condone the killing of animals, but I also have respect for other's way of life.
