Simply bake the eggplant, add flavorful minced meat, suluguni cheese, and fresh herbs. Easy, delicious, and incredibly appetizing! 🍆🧀🔥 Ingredients (for 4 servings): Eggplants, 2 pcs Olive oil, 2 tbsp Salt, pepper, oregano Butter, 30g Sulguni cheese, 100g Parsley For the filling: Onion, 100g Ground beef or chicken, 400g Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic Tomato paste, 200g Water, 100-150ml Preparation Cut the eggplant in half. Make incisions in the flesh. Brush the eggplant halves with olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake the eggplants in the oven until tender. Finely dice an onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sauté the onion. Cut 400g of beef or chicken fillet. Mince the meat. Add the minced meat to the pan with onions. Stir in tomato paste. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Pour in 100-150ml of water. Mix well, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil. Grate 100g of suluguni cheese. Place a piece of butter and grated suluguni on the baked eggplant. Mix the softened eggplant flesh with butter and cheese. Top with the prepared meat filling. Chop fresh parsley. Sprinkle the eggplant with parsley.
