Game: Super Smash T.V System: Super Nintendo Version: (US) This is the longplay of Super Smash T.V., an action shooter initially released in arcades in 1990 and later on home consoles. This is the Super Nintendo version, developed by Beam Software and published by Acclaim Entertainment, released in 1992 in the United States and in 1993 in Europe. The game is set in a dystopian future in 1999, specifically on a television game show where contestants must survive hordes of monsters and traps to win cash prizes and gold bars. The show is a huge ratings success, full of all kinds of violence. The game was heavily inspired by the 1987 film The Running Man, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. After completing each arena, players proceed to the next room, where they will face more enemies until reaching the stage's boss. There are many weapons to collect and keys to access a place called the Pleasure Dome, which appear somewhat randomly (so unfortunately, I couldn't do it in this run, but maybe in another). The controls seem complicated, but they're actually quite simple: use the directional pad to control your character, press the Y button to shoot left, B to shoot down, X to shoot up and A to shoot right, and combining two buttons to shoot diagonally. It seems strange at first, but it works very well! The graphics and music are simple, but they fit the bill. This game, in my opinion, captures the essence of the film The Running Man better than the game based on the film and released on the Amiga. The video was made by playing the game to completion, but we weren't able to access the Pleasure Dome because the keys weren't available in large quantities, so we had to settle for finishing the game. Thank you for your understanding. The video was made for two players. I hope you enjoy it. Player 1: xRavenXP Player 2: Henplay
