Manage and control zoned or standalone (RTU or split) systems from a single point with a simple & easy to use interface. GEN V simplifies the management experience with any intuitive and easy to use interface, no complex software to learn, no PC or internet connection required. Controls 20 zones per unit or 20 RTU or split-system. Thermostat setpoints, schedules, modes, locked, and many other system features can all be changed from one central location the "master thermostat" called the HUB stat. This system can be used as the central controller for zoned VVT systems and/or can control groups of RTU or split systems. The system is controlled and managed by a "master thermostat" called the HUB stat, this is a menu driven interface that is is easy to use and does not require a computer or internet connection to operate. Additionally, one other unique application this system can be used with is zoning VRF fan coils/air handlers with the use of self-balancing pressure independent dampers, called Smart Air Valves (SAV). These SAVs regulate the amount of air that flows through them no matter what the static pressure is the duct system.
