Here’s what we worked through during this week’s LeadBuddy Office Hours: New website for Robert directly inside LeadBuddy: We’re building out a new site for his new CPG consulting venture using his Google doc with finalized copy, brand assets, and a reference site for layout/style. Expo West event funnel: Instead of just handing out business cards, we’re turning a one-pager into a lead capture system. The setup: One pager with QR code to scan in the bottom corner → Simple calendar booking page Simple, but effective. CRM enhancement for Scott The default company view inside LeadBuddy is a small side pop-up — not ideal if your business is primarily B2B and you need to quickly input a lot of company-specific data, rather than individual contacts. Short-term solution: Adding structured custom fields (Revenue, # of Employees, etc.) Long-term: Exploring a full-page company view to serve as a true client hub. Platform consolidation win Richard has officially migrated from using both HubSpot and Calendly to just LeadBuddy — consolidating his tech stack into one system. Fewer tools. Cleaner backend.
