Here is a clip of another tone poem called " A Night In The Forest". All 12 songs on the first CD have nature based themes. One of my good friends goes camping to reset and to get away from life's stresses. Since I don't particularly like being out in the woods at night ( probably because my Uncle Jim and Uncle Joe tortured me with the boogeyman as a child ... LOL ) I have to instead go there in my mind. I imagine laying in the forest on my back gazing up at the stars and taking in all of nature around me. I hope that this tune is calming to you. I wrote the tone poems as I was recovering from major, life-changing surgery . The whole process was cathartic for me.
