IMPORTANT - visit a licensed doctor to diagnose your condition. You may or may not have stress fractures, compartment syndrome, or other things that need to be looked at with an MRI, CT scan, or x-ray. I recommend the audiobook of Born to Run and following a barefoot transition guide. START SLOWLY, and progress slowly!
