I think that my perception was helped by the weather (it was mid-August), so the weather was absolutely perfect. Is Oslo worth a visit? I have been there twice, and I say yes, it's worth visiting. There are many other things to do in Oslo, but given the great weather and the limited time, we decided to spend our time outside, exploring the city.
