Selected by "Conscious Movie Reviews," "Dunkirk" is a historical, action and adventure drama about the evacuation of 300,000 British troops from the French beachfront of Dunkirk during World War II. The men were cornered by the Germany Nazis moving in on them by land, air and sea. It was a heroic effort by the Great Britain's military and civilians with small boats to get them ferried back to England - only 30 miles away. The mission was called "Operation Dynamo" by newly appointed Prime Minister Winston Churchill.
