Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway | 2024 Autumn Showcase | 26.10.24

Another great show put on by the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway to wrap up the galas of 2024 & what a day to do it being the last official day of British summer. Featuring an all GWSR resident lineup, locomotives in action were 7820 ‘Dinmore Manor’, 3850, 2807 which has recently been put in wartime black to match 3850, 35006 ‘Peninsula & Oriental’, a class 117 dmu which is due to leave the GWSR for Scotland, BR class 45 Peak No. 45159, & BR class 20 No. 20137. In this video we see all the locomotives at different points along the line from Broadway to Cheltenham Racecourse. For 3850, it is its first gala since she was restored and is seen in action throughout the day including double heading with 2807.
