There has been much controversy over whether or not Colin Albert, the nephew of the homeowner Brian Albert, was in the house at 34 Fairview Rd on January 29, 2022 at or around 12:30 AM, and was involved in the death of Boston police officer John O'Keefe. Though Collin is NOT named in Karen Read's federal civil lawsuit (at least not yet) against those who she feels are responsible for John O'Keefe's death, there are several reasons why Colin CAN'T be ruled out of the house completely.
