Ingredients: Dhokla 1 ½ cup gram flour ½ tsp salt ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp sugar 2/3 cup water ¼ tsp green chili paste ¼ tsp ginger paste 1 tsp fruit salt Sauce 1 tsp mustard seeds 10-12 curry leaves 4 green chilies ½ cup water 1 tsp sugar ¼ tsp salt 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp fresh coriander Instructions: 1. Mix gram flour with salt, turmeric, sugar, and water until smooth 2. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes 3. Brush cooking oil onto a baking pan 4. Add green chili paste, ginger paste and fruit salt to the gram flour 5. Mix well before pouring it onto the baking pan 6. Steam for 20 minutes on medium-low heat 7. Remove from heat and set aside 8. Prepare sauce by heating mustard seeds in a pan, stir in curry leaves, green chilies, water, sugar, salt, lime juice and fresh chopped coriander 9. Pour the sauce over the dhokla before serving 10. Ready to Enjoy!
