I had only one singer in mind: Frankie Rossi from Rhode Island. Frankie has a voice like no other, and he perfectly captured the essence of the subtle arrangement I crafted using only piano, ambient synth pads, and a live string quartet. I recorded the strings and piano in LA, while Frankie recorded the vocals and filmed the video at Stevie Badessa’s studio in Rhode Island.
