Here's my arrangement of The Beatles' abandoned song "That Means A Lot" if it came out as an album track in 1965! TAB: https://nickmartellaro.com/tabs/The%2... I did this pretty similar to The Beatles' arrangement. The Anthology has a version of this, but a lot of people aren't aware the Beatles did over 20 takes of this track before giving up. None of them are perfect, but some takes feature cool little riffs and ideas that make them unique. Some of the takes are even in a different key entirely. I used ideas from all of these to create my arrangement. I also used a Hohner "Pianet" (not really, but a virtual one through my Kawai keyboard as a MIDI controller). This is the keyboard The Beatles would've used in 1965, and I figured the muted sound of the keys would fit perfectly with this track. The vocals are all single tracked, except for the bridge (which is doubled). If I were to do this as a single, I'd double track everything...but I don't think The Beatles ever got that far! Lastly, thanks to Andrew Lubman for helping me confirm the harmonies. They're very unique and do not follow typical patterns (i.e. they sort of cross over each other and are sometimes discordant, similar "Yes It Is"). In addition, thanks to Maxim Muir for encouraging me to do this song for literally years! On a technical note, this was hard to sync so many videos at once – so my apologies if there are any issues with the upload.
