Despite the customer's attempt to resolve the problem by changing the brushes, the issue persists. I decides to investigate further, inspecting the armature, wires, and switch. After blowing dust from the switch with compressed air, they proceed to check the voltage on the brushes using a multimeter. Then I replaced the brush holder, resolving the issue and demonstrating the successful repair. The video concludes with the presenter reassembling the components and confirming that the driver now functions correctly.
