Salted Cashews & Masala Cashews I Roasted Masala Cashews I Party Starters 2 types of roasted cashewws - salted and masala as the quick bite starters for the weekend party. Have shown you salted as well as masala cashews which you can make at the same time. Enjoy. Ingredients : 2 cup Cashews 1/2 tbs Water Approx 500 gm Salt 1 spoon Butter / Ghee 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder) 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala 1 tsp Mint Powder (Dry Pudina Powder) Method : In a mixing bowl, take 2 cup Cashews Add 1/2 tbs Water and mix it Heat up the pan to make Salted Cashews Add approx 500 gm Salt in it Add wet Cashews in it and keep mixing Roast on medium heat for 15-20 min until light golden-brown Turn off the heat and transfer cashews in a siever Sieve excessive Salt and let it cool down Heat another pan to make Masala Cashews Add 1 spoon Butter / Ghee Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder Add 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder) Add 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Add 1 tsp Mint Powder (Dry Pudina Powder) Fry well on low heat Add 1 cup salted Cashews and mix well to coat masala Roast for 5 min and it's done Store these Cashews in an air tight container for 3-4 months Enjoy these Crunchy Salted Cashews & Scrumptious Masala Cashews. .
