This is the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade at the Magic Kingdom - and it was a COLD day! There were modifications for the freezing and windy weather. For example, Raya was not on top of the float. The video starts with icicles and weather protection in the Magic Kingdom. There were not as many characters as usual today, but still quite a few!
