Now And Then (The Beatles) - Live in Sopron, Hungary

Live in the beautiful historic town of Sopron, Hungary, playing and singing an acoustic cover of The Beatles' new and final single, "Now And Then", released on November 2, 2023. The song was written by John Lennon and recorded on a demo with piano and vocals in 1979. Yoko Ono gave the tape to Paul McCartney and the remaining Beatles started working on it, with George Harrison adding his guitars in 1995. In 2023 Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr completed the song with bass and drums and backing vocals and the song was completed, using artificial intelligence to clean and improve the low quality recording of John Lennon's voice. Filmed on August 30,2024, while walking in the charming city of Sopron, in Northwest Hungary, near the Austrian border. The city is known for its rich history, its well.preserved old town, and as a center of the Hungarian wine region. I was performing while walking from the Firewatch tower (Tűztorony) to the old town, walking in the main square (Fő tér) and in the narrow, winding streets leading to the Goat church (Kecske-templon). Performed with Yamaha APXT-2 acoustic travel guitar, with Hohner Blues Harp harmonica in the key of G and vocals.
