The new versions crimp single wire ferrules up to 16 mm² / AWG 6 and twin wire ferrules up to 2 x 10 mm² / AWG 2 x 8 – that is a bigger capacity range than most electricians need in their lifetime! And you can, of course, rely on the tried and tested technology: The hexagonal crimp creates a nearly round form that is particularly suitable for confined connections. The automatic adaptation self-adjusts to the wire ferrules up to 10 mm² / AWG 7, for the bigger 16 mm² / AWG 6 and the twin wire ferrules you only need to switch the adjusting wheel. A ratcheting mechanism ensures a complete crimping cycle, as it will only release when you have reached the necessary crimping pressure.
