The #envy Lens is a new diffractive #multifocal lens by Bausch & Lomb. It can be implanted at the time of #cataractsurgery or Refractive Lens Exchange #rle . Can it provide good far and near vision without glasses? What are the side effects? With so many lens options today, I wanted to share this patient's experience with you. This patient had a dense cataract with a history of retinal detachment (macula-ON).
