Myrwatch Tower is located to the East of Morthal and is not to far on foot to go. Find Alva's home and head away from it. When you arrive you will need a fire spell to activate the grand seal near the door, similar to the Mage Guild Bridge, and it will unlock the magic seal on the door. I will show you where to find Myrwatch and what spell to use on the seal that unlocks the door. You can purchase it from the content club if you have not got the anniversary edition and just have the standard Special Edition. I cannot stress enough though, as with all DLC or modded content there is the risk of placing items onto racks and not being able to retrieve them.
