Messy Kitchen I have had a fabulous absolutely fabulous time today. I got outside and I have rooted plants cut plants off brought plants in my kitchen and you should see the mess in my kitchen. But I'm a happy camper--- why you might ask? Because I have my hands in dirt. I'm playing today. I love to see things grow. I love to see things bloom and it makes me happy. Have you ever swapped cuttings with a friend and every time you look at that plant you think of your friend ????? I surely have. Every time I look at my philodendron plant I think of my mother because it was hers. Every time I look at my peace Lily plant I think of my husband because someone gave me that plant at his funeral. I faithfully watered that plant and take care of it because it means something to me. I think of Julie Wells when I see my aloe vera plant. I think of Carole Henry and Andre Holmes when I see my mother of 1 million plant. Each plant that I have has a story behind it. Very few of my plants were bought at a nursery. They are all from someone that I knew that gave me a cutting. Life is good y'all and plants are one of God's most wonderful creations to me. From the sequoia, dogwood trees, cedar trees, giant oak trees, all the bushes that he created with their blooms and berries each one is special to me each. Each one gives me pleasure. How about you.
