However, Hojjat, the fraudulent and cruel man affecting their lives, has taken away all hope from the hearts of Soraya and Hossein with his actions and behavior. Using his influence in this small, merciless community, he puts pressure on families and presents a false face to the world. Through his misleading words and oppression, he has made Hossein and his mother feel isolated and hopeless, as though there is no refuge for them in this world. Amidst all this, Nasibullah, Hossein’s older brother, is thinking of his family. With all his might, he is trying to support his younger siblings.
