A blistering fusion of occult death metal fury and savage grit, ‘Neolithic Blood Rites’ welds the chaos of classic death metal with a sinister, dust-choked hard death aesthetic, vocals howl and scream like a preacher possessed, while riffs grind like rusted spurs, and thunderous drums echo like undead stampedes across the frozen Colorado plains. ALEISTER COWBOY summons something feral on ‘Neolithic Blood Rites’, something eternal, a sound born from dirt, blood, and the night sky. Raw and ritualistic, ‘Neolithic Blood Rites’ captures the band at their heaviest without sacrificing their signature catchiness and color. “The idea of Neolithic as a band came to us as a natural evolution and progression from the widely known ‘caveman’ death metal. Much like the step from the Paleolithic into the Neolithic, we are approaching something fundamentally similar, just with sharper tools and more understanding of each other.” the band explains.
