It needs to be known and spread in the German-speaking realm. 🙏🏼 The years before, I've been in training as a vegan nutritionist (ecodemy) and I’m working as a hormonal & metabolic recovery coach for health issues after going off of the pill (e.g.hormonal acne, hair loss, hypothalamic amenorrhea (losing period)) and also after chronic dieting or fasting, food fears, calorie restriction, or over-exercising (e.g. adrenal fatigue, burnout, hypothyroidism, gastroparesis, digestive issues, intolerances, leaky gut, parasitism). I’ve been through all of this myself and have studied this scientific field for 10 years now.
