Pregnant woman feels acidity in 8 th month of pregnancy.Baby compresses stomach,it causes delayed digestion,GERD, acidity in food pipe . Pregnant woman feels difficulty in breathing, because baby pushes diaphragm and compresses lower lobes of lungs due to more baby weight and more weight of pregnant woman. Brextin Hicks Contraction i.e false labour pains starts by which foetus dips down in pelvic bone.Pressure increases on urinary bladder.Increase urination is felt to pregnant woman ,even urine leaks sometimes. Vaginal Discharge increases in 8th month,if there is smell,pain in lower abdomen and vulval itching, burning micturation ,if these symptoms are present,it can be due to superimposed infection. In 8th month of pregnancy,two antenatal check ups are advised. Pregnant woman feels hot flashes and breast tenderness and size if breast increase. Pregnant woman should take plenty of water,milk, good diet.Pregnant woman should not over eat,take small frequent meals.Daily walk almost 15 to 45 mins according to stamna of pregnant woman.
