Coming in 0.2.0, Cadence is a new support gem that gives incredible attack speed boosts - with a harsh limitation that means it doesn't work for the fastest or slowest attacks. But if your attack speed is just right, it's 60% more attack speed - an incredible boost. Should you use it? What are the breakpoints? That's what this video is about.
