Join us for an in-depth review of the 2025 N4A Directors Survey, a national effort designed to capture the evolving landscape of academic support and student-athlete development. Distributed in April 2025 to nearly 600 academic directors and student-athlete development leaders, this survey offers a snapshot of how our field is adapting amid unprecedented shifts in higher education and intercollegiate athletics. During this webinar, members of the N4A Research Committee will guide participants through findings from the collected responses. Trends provide meaningful insights into how directors are navigating staffing pressures, budget realities, programming demands, admissions processes, and the rapidly transforming post-COVID academic and athletic environment. Participants will gain an understanding of directors' perspectives across twelve key areas, including: Academic Support Focus Areas Institutional Profile Budget and Staffing Facility Use Study Hall and Tutoring Summer School Admissions, Enrollment & Certification Responding to the Changing Landscape (Academic Support) Student-Athlete Development Focus Areas Program Profile Staffing Budget & Programming N4A White Paper Integration Responding to the Changing Landscape (Student-Athlete Development) This session is ideal for academic leaders, student-athlete development professionals, and anyone interested in understanding how the role of academic support and student-athlete development continues to evolve in today's dynamic collegiate environment. Attendees will leave with a clearer picture of emerging trends and opportunities—and how additional data collected in the future will further shape N4A's insights moving forward.
