Finally I am posting our Alaska new home tour! I hope yall enjoy. If you are looking at homes and are being offered this floorpan 42 in Cottonwood, so far we love! We've been here for 3 months and love this house. SO much more spacious especially with a larger family. Apparently there are a lot of 4 bedroom homes here on base so even families of 4 will get a 4 bedroom home offer. This military housing is more spacious than our last military home, the dining room is so much bigger! Also we love the entryway so much, there is a lot of space! And having a heated 2 car garage is so good! It is actually warm. Also love that the laundry room is upstairs. Wanted to mention we have central heater, so not the baseboard heaters thankfully. Cause from what I read, you can't place anything on the baseboard heater (so no curtains or furniture).
