Egg Mesub Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Ghee 1 Cup -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup -Anday (Eggs) 1 Cup (approx. 6 eggs) -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Pista (Pistachios) chopped Directions: -In pot,add ghee,sugar,eggs and whisk well. -Turn on the flame,cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes and whisk continuously. -Add cardamom powder,mix continuously and cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until it leaves the sides of the pot. -In baking dish or mold,add cooked egg mixture and spread evenly. -Cut into desired shape and add pistachios. -Let it rest until set then serve. -Can be stored for 3-4 days on shelf & up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Ghee 1 Cup -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup -Anday (Eggs) 1 Cup (approx. 6 eggs) -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Pista (Pistachios) chopped Directions: -Pot mein ghee,cheeni aur anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein. -Elaichi powder dal dein,musalsal mix kertay rahein aur halki ancch per 20 minutes or pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein. -Baking dish or mold mein cooked anday ka mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein. -Desired shape mein cut ker ka pista dal dein. -Set hunay tak chor dein phir serve karein. -3-4 din kliya shelf per aur 2 weeks tak refrigerate mein store ker saktay han.
