Made with Suno (4.5) The original boss fight version of Larkhon (If he had one). Larkhon is the High Inquisitor and leader of the Ordo Purae Incarnis (Order of Pure flesh), an order which traces its roots to a bloodied history of the continent involving violent inquisitions in result of growing tensions between holy orders and cult activity. Larkhon's crusade is only bent on one thing, however, and that is to purge any Serunic flesh-warping activity through specialized training and donning armor and weapons. Such armor uses sigils which thrum when such horrors are close by. Anyone infected to the point of no cure (which is rare already) says their finals vows before the other responds in kind before slaying them. It is an order known for its specialized templars and monks who channel a form of holy power that other religions are wary of. Their gothic city lies on the edge of the Mountains of Silence on a nearby hill. It is said Larkhon himself is connected in some way to a mysterious angel of the Hierarchy (of the heavens of Arabot) known as Uriel, to which rumors say grants him a power of apotheosis when need be. In the history of the Inquisitions of old, there has been one that was prevalent in Laquaria which followed Uriel as their patron and it is thought that this order many have roots to such. A phenomenon called the "Sparks of Uriel" is said to have been discovered a wielded by significant holy figures in history, and it is also believed Larkhon has discovered such a power for his own. Whether this Uriel condones what humans do in its name is unknown, but regardless, through faith, something answers the followers of the Ordo. Larkhon has especially been marked as a worthy adversary by Vael Thyrax, who is also bent on achieving a form of apotheosis of his own. [Intro – Whispered prayer, distant choir] “Purity… is not mercy. It is heat — the flame that remembers what flesh forgot.” (Low heartbeat drum. A candle flickers. The choir begins — soft, dissonant.) PHASE I – Doctrine of Fire (Tempo: slow, ritualistic — Latin chants underneath metal percussion) [Verse 1] Steel in my hand, sermon in my breath, Your sin I measure, your pulse I test. Each scar a scripture written in flame, Each cry a hymn — each death a name. [Pre-Chorus] They called it faith, what was only pain, They called it mercy, what left no stain. But in the hush where spirits hide, I see the truth the gods denied. [Chorus] Purify — sanctify — crucify the flesh divine! In pain I find the pulse of grace, In ash — the kingdom’s face. Your blood will feed the altar bright, And I will burn until it’s right. (Choir echoes: “Burn until it’s right.”) PHASE II – The Revelation of Flame (Drums accelerate; strings rise; Larkhon’s voice fractures into human and angelic harmonies) [Verse 2] My hands are fire, my veins are prayer, The stars themselves recoil in glare. Uriel’s whisper in my veins, No mortal bone can bear these chains. [Pre-Chorus II] I saw the truth — it burned through me, A world of rot, a dead decree. Now angels scream inside my lungs, Their wings are ash — their psalms unsung. [Chorus II] Purify — sanctify — testify in light’s design! I am the torch, I am the brand, The will made flesh by my command. Your shadows flee where my word stays, I cleanse the dark in holy blaze! (Choir shouts in overlapping cadence: “Holy blaze! Holy blaze!”) Bridge – The Breaking of the Flesh (The music collapses; only strings and a single tolling bell remain) [Bridge – whispered, anguished] I begged the fire to leave my soul, But it called my name — made me whole. My god was silence, pure, unkind, And in His hush… I lost my mind. (A distorted seraphic voice — layered over his own) “Larkhon. You are flame. You are vessel. You are wound.” (He screams — the instruments erupt again, molten brass and choral thunder.) PHASE III – The Flame Beyond Flesh (Tempo surges to furious pace; mechanical drums mirror heartbeat; choir turns distorted and majestic) [Verse 3] No more restraint — no mortal vow, The light consumes — I am it now! The heavens break where my sword falls, Their eyes avert — the flame enthralls! [Final Chorus] Purify — unify — burn away the breath and bone! Your prayers are sparks beneath my throne! If this is sin — then let me be, The fire that ends eternity! (Choir and Larkhon merge in final refrain — echoing like judgment itself) “Burn… until it’s right.” “Burn… until it’s right.” “Burn… until it’s right.” [Outro – The Silence After Flame] (All sound dies except faint embers and breathing.) [Whisper – broken, human again] “Forgive me… Uriel. For I have become… the miracle.” (The choir fades backward — reversed harmonics — as the last candle snuffs out.)
