Gorgeous Scraps Made into Fabric Bowl, Textile Art, Embroidery, Hand stitch

Please join me as I continue my exploration with my Janome FM 725. This is an ongoing series. I am making a color palette of about 10 scrappy fabrics. This swatch is 10 by 15 inches. I am using Pellon 971F Thermolam Plus as my foundation fabric. In this video I am working with my Blue Scraps. I embellish my fabric and then iron it giving it more strength. Before I take these to my sewing machine I am photographing each fabric swatch for a future project. In this video I am topping my blue scraps with blue tulle. Then I take the embellished fabric piece topped with tulle to my sewing machine and do free motion embroidered pebble circles all over it. When all of this is finished I show how I make my adorable and easy fiber bowl. This is so much fun and very relaxing.
