A film that won many hearts at the 16th Mumbai Film Festival. SYNOPSIS The musical tale of a lower middle class family living in Mumbai, selling homemade items to raise money for fulfilling their dreams. The film revolves around the story of a young boy (Amu) who has been forced to give away his dream of playing Cricket as his father fears that there lies no career for a common man in the sport for the rich. The film goes through a complete switch as boy confesses that he has been selected as the Captain of his school team. However this achievement of the boy sparks an ugly battle of words and mentalities in his house. Yet Amu and his mother take up the impossible task of raising a fund for his special coaching, so that he does not miss an excellent opportunity. They struggle hard as they go on selling homemade snacks all over Mumbai. The question lies, whatever they may do, will they ever be able to win the approval of his father?
