So as the train is leaving Menlo Park Station, the conductor comes to scan tickets, there's this passenger who got on the train at Redwood City Station without paying his fare while the conductor was still scanning people's tickets, he got caught by the conductor for not paying as soon as he got on, then he was forced to get off the train at Millbrae because he didn't pay his fare. As soon as the train approached Millbrae Station, the train sat there for a little bit because the guy who got caught without paying at Redwood City Station wasn't leaving as he was asked by the conductor to get off at Millbrae and then from there he gets kicked off the train.
