My friend Nikola, found this dog on the train tracks. He took a photo and pick him up and took him to the vet. The vet confirmed he had no microchip, so we didn’t know his owner. The good news is that he is healthy, and the vet permitted me to groom him. Nikola called us and we were in his shelter in a few hours. Took him to the grooming salon, where I spent three hours shaving his neglected coat.
