God is raising up a company of creatives. We are living in a special time. Historically, God has used creatives to shift nations, shape generations and shake denominations in times of societal tension and turmoil. Today, He’s doing it again. I believe He’s using creatives to change the landscape of what’s happening in the world. There’s a battle going on for the hearts of these cultural architects, as they have been entrusted with an immense amount of influence for such a time as this. Church, there should be urgency in this matter. Our buildings are packed with creatives who are desperate to know what to do with everything God’s put inside of them and how they can offer their gifts to the Lord. It’s not enough to create more volunteer or serve team opportunities for them on Sunday mornings. Serving the local body is extremely important, but God has given us more to offer. We have a mandate to equip. We have a mandate to empower. We have a mandate to provide resources and tools. We have a mandate to provide safe places - healthy families for sons and daughters to grow in. We have a mandate to provide prayer support. We have a mandate to love. We have a mandate to make disciples. This Kickstarter is more than a campaign for an album. It’s a call to action. It’s a call to respond to what God is doing amongst creatives right now. Until October 31st at 9pm, I’m aiming to raise $50k to create resources for this company of creatives. In less than three weeks, we've raised $36k. This is just one of many ways you can sow into what God is doing! I feel honored to be a part of this company of creatives in DFW. However, it’s evident that God is and wants to raise up communities like this all over the world. Let’s pray for this company of creatives God is raising up!
