Samaj Seva Bharati Paschimbanga | समाज सेवा भारती पश्चिमबंग, সমাজ সেবা ভারতী পশ্চিমবঙ্গ Samaj Seva Bharati Paschimbanga Project Overview FOR THESE PAST YEARS SSBPB HAS BEEN WORKING ON Giving some circles of all the service works or projects that are going on in different districts in the year 2022-2023 by various Trust Societies affiliated to us according to the following Ayam (Department)- • Education • Health • Self Reliance • Social Work (Samajik) Lakshya Samaj Seva Bharati Paschimbanga is providing free coaching to the job aspirants to prepare them to participate in various competitive examinations. Self Reliance Mehndi, beautician, stitching and yoga training are being conducted as self help projects by SSBPB at different centres. Child Reform Center (Sishu Sanskar Kendra) There are 72 children training centres being run by SSBPB in the rural areas in the whole of South Bengal in Paschim Banga, Jhargram, Burdwan (East), Burdwan (West), Bankura, Howrah, Hooghly, North and South 24 Parganas districts and Andaman. The concept of Children Training Centres is important for the development of the society which impresses well wishers to extend their helping hands so that SSBPB can move forward. Health A joint initiative of Samajseva Bharti Paschimbanga and National Medics Organization called "Prabhat Ek Prayas" organise has organized free health checkup and health awareness camps at various places. Blood Donation Camp Every year members donate blood in large numbers in various districts of West Bengal under the initiative of Samaj Seva Bharti Paschimbanga. Computer Learning Centre Computers help the students to learn about the modern world and know what is happening in it. It helps them to aim for excellent jobs In the future and succeed in it. The computer has become an essential part of education throughout the world. Especially computer education for students in rural areas is very helpful to achieve their goals. Many computer training centres are running in Garbeta, Paschim Medinipur under the initiative of SSBPB and SSBPB is trying to open more centres for the students in rural areas Coaching Centre Efforts are being made to impart education and reform through teaching centers in Tajpur, Bankura District, Tarkeswar, Hooghly District, Burdwan, Ichapur, West District, Raniganj, Domhoni in West District and Purulia District, North and South Twenty Four Parganas District. 38 teachers, 126 students are taking online coaching. Mainly 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th class students are studying there. Self Help Group Notable in the work of women's self-help groups in different districts In Bhanguri village of Durgapur, women of four self-help groups are making and marketing rice papad furpure. Besides, some groups are working in different districts, among which the Madpur group is notable. Teachers Training Like every year, this year SSBPB trained teachers by providing training in teaching centres and children training centres in Jhargram, Paschim Medinipur, Baruipur, Asansol, Durgapur and Tajpur. About 140 teachers have been already trained and they are engaged by SBBPB to run Shishu Shikha Kendra in rural areas.
