This is made from multi flour like juvar, wheat, chickpea, rice so this recipe is healthy recipe itself. So please watch the video till the end and make at your home. If you like aoft bhuko then make a battwr like pakoda and do same process. For Methino Bhuko we need 1 cup white millet flour (juvar) 2 tb spoon chickpea flour 2 tb spoon wheat flour 2 tb spoon rice flour 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup chopped spring onion 4 green chillies 1 inch piece of ginger 1/4 cup curd 1 tb spoon sugar salt to taste 2 t spoon + 1 t spoon + 1 t spoon oil If you wish for tadka then hot 2 t spoon oil and add mustard seeds, after crackled mustard seeds add asofoetdia and then add batter and do same process as shown in video.
