Remember, it takes a couple of days to get used to putting in, wearing, and taking out your contact lenses. First: wash and dry your hands with a clean, lint-free. The dryer your fingertips are, the easier removing your contact lenses will be. Next, blink fully several times and look into the mirror. Keeping your eye open, pull your top eyelid up with one hand and use the index finger of your other hand to hold down the bottom eyelid. Look up. Place the tip of your index finger of your bottom hand on the lens and gently slide it down to the lower part of your eye.
