Hey guys! Wanted to share some yummy recipes just in time for Thanksgiving. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving with your family =) Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1/2 cup hot water 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate ½ small can sweetened condensed milk 1 stick cinnamon ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder pinch of nutmeg 4 Cups Almond Milk 1 Cup Water In a small cup combine the hot water and the cocoa powder, stir. In the slow cooker, add ingredients.. Heat on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so. Check Her Out: / itdoesnttastelikechicken ) 1 14 oz Can Pureed Pumpkin ¾ Cup Coconut Milk ½ Cup Brown Sugar ¼ Cup Cornstarch ¼ Cup Maple Syrup 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice ½ Teaspoon Salt ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Vegan Pie Crust Preheat your oven to 350F. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the uncooked pie crust. Spread evenly. Bake for 60 minutes. Coconut Whipped Cream 1 can of full fat coconut milk 1 vanilla bean pod or 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste 1-2 tsp maple syrup Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once the can has been chilled long enough, remove it from the fridge. The cream rises to the top of the can. Open the can and drain out all of the water. Save the water for smoothies or other recipes. Scoop out all the coconut cream from the bottom of the can into a mixing bowl. Scrape out all of the vanilla beans from the pod and add to the bowl. Whip using a hand mixer or the wire whisk attachment from your stand mixer until light and fluffy. I added powder sugar for a total of 2 Tablespoons. Classic Cinnamon Buns: (I cut the entire recipe in half for this video) 1 Bag Bridgeford Frozen Bread rolls 2-3 Sticks of Butter (or vegan butter) 1 Cup Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup White Sugar 1/4 Cup Cinnamon Defrost bread. Roll out defrosted dough on a floured working surface. Roll to 1/4" in thickness.Spread butter on top of the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.Roll in to a pinwheel and slice at 1 1/2" in length.Let rise on a baking sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes at 350F.
