This workout is a 25 minute workout for beginners to advanced individuals and using a medicine ball. Make sure you are using a slam ball to make sure you do not hurt yourself or break your ball. Use a weight that is challenging, but doable. Each exercise is 30 seconds long. You get a 10 second rest between each exercise and you will repeat all exercises three times.
