Materials Needed Shaved ice Butterfly Pea Tea Tea Steeper Starfruit Lemonade Star cookie cutters Mango Glass Straw Luster Dust Step-by-Step Instructions: (01:45) Step 1: Make butterfly pea tea and let it cool. (01:53) Step 2: Once cooled, add luster dust and divide into two glasses. (02:10) Step 3: Add lemonade into one glass to make the tea purple.
