Employers are Mandating the Covid Vaccine!

On May 28, 2021, the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued guidance that federal law permits employer COVID -19 vaccination mandates for all employees who physically enter the workplace, subject to the reasonable accommodation provisions of the ADA and Title VII. Now we are seeing big movement in the employer sectors - from health care to professional sports, colleges/universities and government entities. I would not be surprised if other employers are likely to take similar action. Especially in industries where large numbers of people that can be infected by Covid's resurgence.
