This 20-minute restorative yoga practice is designed to gently support your nervous system, ease anxiety, and release built-up stress from the body and mind. Through long-held, fully supported postures, you’ll be guided into deep rest — allowing your body to shift out of fight-or-flight and into a state of safety, calm, and restoration. This is a perfect practice for days when you feel overwhelmed, fatigued, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of softness. ✨ This session is slow, grounding, and accessible for all levels, including beginners and those returning to movement. 🌿 What You’ll Need (Props) 1–2 yoga blocks (or thick books) A bolster (or firm pillow / rolled blanket) A blanket for warmth and comfort Optional: eye pillow or scarf 🌙 Benefits of This Practice Calms anxiety and soothes the nervous system Releases physical and mental tension Encourages deep rest and emotional regulation Supports better sleep and overall wellbeing Creates a sense of safety, grounding, and ease You are invited to move slowly, rest deeply, and listen to your body.
