Hypo plastic uterus with rudimentary ovary || Mal position of Cupper T Within endocervix Case 1 39 years old women complains of pain lower abdomen Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. Uterus: Normal in size and anteverted in position. Endometrium: Is normal in thickness. ( 4.2mm) Which corresponds her phase of menstruation. No any GS or product of concept seen within the endometrium. Evidence of Cupper T within the endocervix instead of body of the uterus. Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion seen in the myometrium. Right Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 2.3 cc. Left Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 3.5 cc. Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD. 1. Mal position of Cupper T ( Within endocervix ) 2. Other finding within normal limit. Case 2 Age 19 years girl not menstruating Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. Uterus: Smaller in size anteverted in position. Measuring 5.3 x 1.55 x 2.7 cm Endometrium: Is indistinct. Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion seen in the myometrium. Both Ovary: Rudimentary in size without any follicle measuring right one 0.9ml and left one 1.46ml Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD. Hypo plastic uterus with rudimentary ovary.
